Human Resource (HR)
As an HR, the Candidate’s roles and responsibilities include:
- Plan and implement the proper HR activities in the organisation
- Provide counselling on policies and procedures
- Help in the recruiting process by posting job openings on various portals and conducting screenings of the candidates
- Creation of good and effective onboarding plans
- Develop training and development programs for the freshers working in the organisation
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain daily employment records and keep a check on the performance of employees
As an HR, the candidate is expected to have:
- Proven experience as an HR officer, administrator or other HR position
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Proficient in the documentation and storing data in effective ways using Word and Excel etc
- Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
