Human Resource (HR)

As an HR, the Candidate’s roles and responsibilities include:

  • Plan and implement the proper HR activities in the organisation
  • Provide counselling on policies and procedures
  • Help in the recruiting process by posting job openings on various portals and conducting screenings of the candidates
  • Creation of good and effective onboarding plans
  • Develop training and development programs for the freshers working in the organisation
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain daily employment records and keep a check on the performance of employees


As an HR, the candidate is expected to have:

  • Proven experience as an HR officer, administrator or other HR position
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Proficient in the documentation and storing data in effective ways using Word and Excel etc
  • Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
